Knocked up is hilarious. There is this one part of th movie that reminds me of US republicans. It's a few minutes into the movie. Where one guy says "do you use the Canadian flag tattoo as a cum target, Do get a million points if you hit it." The canadian guy is anti-aborition his response, "I always aim right." The other guys response was "Right into a dude ass." That part just remind of US republicans, so called anti gays, but recently devolpments, reveal that the outspoken US republicans engage in homosexual acts or accused of trying to engage in homosexual acts.
 
Termination by certified mail

What kind of company terminates a employee by certified mail? This method of termination is like being served with divorce papers, expect you are noting loosing your mind as if you were just served with divorce papers.
 
Spiritual gifts test

At house church I took a spiritual gifts test. I was surprised by my results I scored high on martyrdom. I never thought of myself as a martyr, 2 other people at the house church also scored high on martyrdom. The other member said those of us who scored high on martyrdom must of gone through some intense stuff during our life to score high martyrdom. The martydrdom score got me wondering what did I go through in life to choose death over life. The other high score was discernment. Which I was'nt to surpised becuase I belive most people in this world are cynical, everyone has an agenda behind the agenda.
 
Wrongful Termination

Well, another employee that "A" does'nt like got terminated on wrongful grounds. But this employee, is planning on giong to the media to report the wrongful termination. The termination was company retaliation because the employee was a whistle blower.
 
restraining orders at work part 4

Tonight, the most humiliating experience for "C". 5 police officers and 9 sheriffs, showed up at work. The sheriffs and police shut down the entire operation, no offloading of the plane, no offloading of the containers, no sorting of packages. 2 sheriffs and a member of management came out on to the ramp escorted "C" off the ramp. To the police and other sheriffs. When "C" got outside of company property another sheriff took away "C"s airport ID. So now "C" can't go to work. If "C" wants to get his ID he and a member of management has to go down to sheriff office and explain the situation. The humiliating part is "C" had to walk about 150 yards escorted by 2 sheriffs from the plane, then off FAA property, to public property where the other sheriffs and police are waiting. During the walk all the other employees were watching. The walk was so humiliating for "C". Who know's what is going to happen to next? Now, all of the other employees have to figure out which employee "A" is going to target next in her rampage.
 
Restraining order at work part 3

The drama continues, last night 5 cops showed up on company property to serve one restraining order on "B". "A" has retained the services of an attorney and "B" has also retained the services of an attorney. The messed up part is the union has their attorney, and company has their attorney. The work enviorment now is hostile. The police is showing up every other day to serve restraining orders on employees. You don't who will be served next. Now, there are rumors that other employee's wnat to emulate "A" these clones of the "A" think if someone harass them. Just call the police/sherrif make a report, go to court the following day, and file or restraining order. I'm thinking about get me an attorney and have my attorney file paperwork, saying I won't be working until this craziness is settled. Becuase one the job is at the airport. Which means planes are always taking off and landing. Which means if someone wants to come to work and start shooting. What are the chances of you hearing the gun shots if jet engines noise is drowning out the sound of the gun shots. A Jet engine blast decibel is 140 decibel. Some disgruntled employee shows up with a 22 caliber rifle which is 130 decibel. One top of the jet engnies drowning out gun shoots, employees have to wear ear plugs. Which further inhibit hearing gun shots. The second reason is the company is somehow located right over noise abatement take off area, which means during certains times at time, large jets military, and 747s have to fly over the facility, becuase of the noise abatement rule, the noise these large aircraft make is too loud to fly over a residential. Since there is so much hostility at work, I don't want to be there if a shooting occurs. I don't plan on being on news as a shooting vicitm.
 
Restraining orders at work part 2

It's been a few weeks since I wrote the issues at work. "A" was going crazy at the time. Well, "A" is still going crazy. This time, "A" filed another restraining order on a different employee. "A" claims this employee tried to hit her with a tug. No, wittness just "A" word versus the employee word. "A" is female and is convincing liar. Which means the judges are more likely to favor her word over the other party, just becuse she is female, when the battle goes to court. Last Thrusday night, the Sheriff's drove right onto company property, attempting to serve the the restraining order. However, the employee, the Sheriffs tried to serve the restraining order was working the ramp which is FAA property. Inorder to gain acess to the ramp you need to a airport badge. The Sherrifs did'nt have the airport badge, so the Sheriffs could'nt serve the restraining order. Tonight is Sunday the 10 "A"'s rampage is still ongoing. "A" is now rumored to have another restraining order be place on another employee. This employee minimal direct contact with "A". This employee will be referred to as "C". "C"s job is to load packages in the containers, "A" goes up to "C"s location and turns packages. "A" is not suppose to be in that area, TSA policy requires only certified employees to be around containers. "A" is not a certified employee, "C" asks "A" to remove herself from the location, becuase if TSA/ FAA comes in and does in inspection. A fine will be given to the violator and the employee who knew about the violation and choose not to correct the violatin. TSA/FAA wants all aircraft containers that are to loaded with packages to be controlled area. Only authorized personal are allowed to be around open aircraft containers. If a unauthorized person is around an open container a fine will be given. To the violator and personal around the container for allowing the violation. "C" does not want to be fined because of "A" stubburness. So since "C" asked "A" to leave the location because "C" does want to pay the TSA/FAA fine. "A" has rumored to retaliated, and now, "C" will be served with the restraining order. Apparently "A" claims "C" has threated "A" when "C" asked "A" to leave to "C"'s location. The restraining order is for 30 yards. Now, how is "C" suppose to work, at the job, when "A" has restraining order on "C" for 30 yards. Company property at its widest point is maybe 75 yards, and it's narrowest is 50 yards. "A" is always driving around in a vechile on company property, and "C" is always at a fixed location. "A" has to go to "C"'s location to bring out the package containers. But "A" does not follow the TSA/FAA rules. What the are chances of "A" and "C" running into each other, and violating the 30 yards distance. The chances are nearly 100% that "A" and "C" are going to be with 30 yards of each other. "C" is going to be out of a job becuase "C" asked "A" not to hang out in this location while the container doors are open. "A" There is so much tenision at work someone is going to commit work place violence. The worst part is, if violence does occur? This violence will happen on Airport property. Which means security changes are going to happen on a national scale, so everyone who works at the airport is going to get screwed over. Because of one person.
 
Appalachian state beats Michigan

Appalachian state beats Michigan. A small school football team beats a big school football team. This game was awesome. Michigan had everything in their favor, talent, depth on their rosters. Appalachian state only had talent. Appalachian state football recievers got speed. The receivers were just running allover the Michigan secondary.
