I went to House church for the first time. I found House church more appealing then the big organized religion. Their was a debate going on during the meeting secession. I prefer listening to other peoples views, rather then one church leader telling me this is how it's done and it can only be done this way. If I don't argee with the leaders view then the devil is in me. The larger church I notice use this fear of devil to get you to support their view. Sometimes, I wonder if the devil is in those church leaders telling me how to live my life? Later on during the dicussion someone says something lie "God measures your faith or the measure of your own faith in god." When I heard this in my mind I started to question the large church leaders. These church leaders ride around in bullet proof cars. I started to question their faith if these church leaders have total faith and devotion to god, and they believe God will protect them, how can a church leader tell the congregation God will protect you. But the church leader ride around in bullet proof cars? Do the church leader have doubts there the god will not protect them? If I was chruch leader of a huge church and had total faith I would'nt ride around in bullet proof car. Becuase I believe my total faith in God will protect me.
Sometimes I wonder are these big chruch leaders frauds? Are these church leaders the devil minons?

Here is a crazy story. At my old job there is so much Drama going on there. My old job is located at the airport. So there are federal laws beside the state laws that have to be followed.
At my former job there is a female employee which I shall refer to her as "female A." female "A" is a evil bitch," she is the most deceitful, manipulative, wretched woman I have met. Whatever female "A" wants? Female "A" gets! "A" loves to complain about the smallest incidents, but when "A" complains "A" magnifies the incidents. So managements get's all disturbed at the rest of employees because "A" is a rat.
After years of working there "A" some how manipulates her way out from driving tugs. Now, employees who drives tugs, work exteremly hard becuase driving a tug requires more physical effort. Attached to the tug is a dolly, and on the dolly is a container and this container weighs roughly 5000 pounds. The Tug driver has to push off this 5000 pound container onto a container rack. A tug driver normally racks about 22 containers. "A" only operates a loader, which is the least most physicaly demanding job an employee can do. Operating a loader is like playing a video game. Two joy sticks that move the containers around, "A" job is to operate the loader the put the container onto the dolly. Anyways "A" has been operating the loader for 7 years, and "A" still does not know what she is doing. "A's" mediocre abilty to operate the loader only irritates all of the other employees who have to work with her. bascially "A" has the easiest job at work.
"A" also refuses to help out her-workers because she does not like them. "A" is also dating a member of management which is a violation of company policy. This forbidden releationship has been going on for several years. This member of management works on the same shift as "A". Therefore "A" is protected by management. If you "A" mad, "A" will complain and you removed from that position at work. "A" has so much influence at work that "A" is able to select what co-workers she wants working with her. Which also is wrong. "A" has so much influence the co-workers "A" selects to work with her is not even certified to work that position. Which is a violation of FAA rules, and the company just allows with violation to occur just to make "A" happy.
So for several years "A" has been able to get away with murder, "A" drops containers off the loader which is another FAA violation and nothing happens to "A".
Now currently "A" has been on the rampage. "A" claims that another employee has threaten her. Which is lie, because "A's" so called witness did'nt agree with "A" when a investagtion started. So what did "A" do, "A" went called the cops and made a claim saying someone at work has threaten her. So the cops made a report. "A" now goes to court to a restraining order on the the employee. "A" thinks that her restraining order will force the employer to terminate the employee. But the employer can't terminate the employee becuase there is no proof of work place only "A's" claim that a threat has been made. "A's" so called wittness did not back "A" during the company investigation.
Currently at work, "A" has restraning order on one employee, "A" also has plans to have several other employee sereved with restraining orders, and the co-workers are planing on filing restraining orders on "A".
That job is so messed right now, employees filing restraining orders against each other. If the situation does not improve at that job. At some point in time, an employee is going to snap, and there is going to be some crazy violence at that job.
Because of an employee "A" I have a greater understanding of why there is workplace shootings. Some workers just dirve other workers to violence.

Well, Michael Vick has took the plea deal in his dog fighting case. Under the plea bargain Vick has name other dog fighting orginzations and it's bankers for the federal government. If organize crime is involved? Organize crime is going to be a hit on Vick, and in prison, Michael Vick won't be to use his atheletism to escape.
What I want to know is if other professional atheletes attending dog fighting events in the presence of Michael Vick. If other professional atheletes could anyone imagine the public outburst. These atheletes make millions of dollars, and these atheletes are going to lose those millions of dollars by betting on dog fighting.

Well, I had my interview at the local cemetery. I think my performance on the questions was ok. However, I doubt I might get the job, becuase I work at another job. I was only available to work at the cemetery on certain days and hours which was discourging to the HR manager. As the interview progress I asked questions about becoming an Embalmer. Inorder to become a license embalmer I have two choices. The first choice is go to a college in California for one year and learn about embalming. Then take a national Embalmer test and a local State test. Or, I work as an apprentice Embalmer at the cemetery for two years then take the national test along with local test. The sad part is there is only 6 cemeterys in my State. Which means a embalmer job will be hard to find. I would have to move to LA where embalmer jobs are in abundance.
If I do get the job at the cemetery I would have to start out as a funeral director and work my way up the apprentship embalmer. Everyone I know thinks, I am either crazy for wanting to work a cemetery, or laughs becuase they think I can't be a funeral director. Apparently I'm not tactiful enought to be nice the grieving family wishs. But, as a Funeral Director I have to stick to the funeral program, it's not like this grieving family is the only grieving family that I have to deal with today.
I still want a cemetery job, just so I can get into embalmer program. Being a medical exaimer wouild require four years of pre med, and another 8 years as an intern. 4 years with the living and 4 years with the dead. To go school for another 12 years is a hard decision. It would'nt be a hard decision if I had wealthy family so I would'nt have to work to pay for another 12 years of school.

Well, I have job interview at the local cemetery tommorrow. I hoping to get the job. because I really want to be an embalmer. I told the HR person that what I really want to do is become an embalmer she told me I won't start out as embalmer immiedietly, the HR person told me, I have to start out as a funeral director.
I have to go back to school and take necessary classes to start a internship as an embalmer. I always wanted to work with dead people. I look at the job as my customers they can't complain if I mess up, and their will always be work for me. Becuase people die all time.
Inorder to prepare my self for the images of dead people. I search on the net for videos of death, executions. So for a short peroid I watched videos of executions and death, I did this becuase I needed to desentize my self from sight of dead people or gruesome images. I needed to view dead people as if I was going to local supermarket and picking out the right produce, I needed to detach myself from the reality that these dead bodies were once living people. It's sounds so distrubing, but how many people in the world today want to work as embalmer or medical examiner in this world. You have to quite crazy to pick a career working with the recently deceased.
I just want to get my foot in door, and work my way up to a embalmer.
