Well, Army recuriting is down, and I keep hearing some religious conservatives on TV 700 club, and radio Michael Savage saying they and there listeners support the Iraq war and the listener also believe in the rapture is imminent. "listener who called Michael Savage "You know the rapture is soon and God will judge us on the Iraq war, and look proudly upon us who supported the Iraq war." Well, if you want to meet Jesus faster, here is one way to get to him faster. Join the US army and fight in Iraq, and if you die in battle? You will meet your savior alot faster. You get to fullfill two things you believe in. One you can die protect America from the Iraqi insurgents who you believe was a threat to America following 9/11. Second you get to see Jesus and God, you don't have to wait for Jesus to come to you.

I was listening to air america radio. A conservative caller called and said Saddam wanted to convert Americans to Islam. First Saddam was a threat with his WMDs, then Saddam supported Al-Qeda, then the America Army is coming to liberate the Iraqi people. Now, Saddam wanted to convert Americans to Islam. Yet, Saddam did'nt even convert the christians in his country to Islam. "Iraq is home to one of the oldest Christian communities in the world, with an estimated 3% of the population identified as Christian. Since this John Mark Karr guy said he killed he JohnBenent Ramsey, and got a free ticket to Colorado and was found innocent. I listen to radio talk shows and I keep hearing I killed JonBenent Ramsey can I have free ticket to Colorado. There is going to be some college kid with a disturb mind who is going to make a shirt that says. I need a vacation and I killed JonBenent Ramsey. Where is my free ticket to Colorado? Society will just have to wait to see if people will actually wear a shirt like that.

This John Karr guy is either a genius or is certified crazy. He gets deported from Thailand becuase he says, he killed Ramsey. However, prior to Karr being sent to the US. Karr was under arrest in Thailand for sexrelated charges "FOX News and other sources say that John Karr is a 41-year-old former second-grade teacher who’s been living overseas for the past few years. He’s being held in Bangkok on sex-related charges. Sources say Karr confessed to details of the crime unknown to the public. FOX said he’d been writing e-mails with details about the case to Patsy Ramsey"http://lashawnbarb er.com/archives/2006/08/16/a rrest-in-jonbenet-ramsey- murder-case/ . So what does Karr do inorder to avoid Thailand law, he says he killed JonBenet Ramsey. Thailand law enforcement contacts US law enforcement to come and get their guy. He arrives in the US and the evidence does not connect Karr to the Ramsey case. The only charges he is charge with is misdemeanor charges. Karr got his 15 minutes of fame, and does not have to serve jail time in the US for a misdemeanor and he go back to Thailand to face the charges there. Karr is a genius or just got lucky with this story. Karr pretends to be crazy inorder to avoid Thailand jails, and avoids US jails, and gets his infamous 15 minutes of fame.

Well, tonight I went to a party for a co-worker, and I was out of place, I was the only asian in room filled with non-asians. What made things more out of place was I was wearing my uniform, which totally made me stand out. I haven't been purchasing the the past UFC events on pay per view Lately. Right now I feel they are a rip off. The main event fight last's only a few minutes, and the under card is horrible. If I'm going to pay 45 dollars to watch the event. I would like to see a better undercard to compensate for lack of action time in the main event fight. The UFC 62 undercard was horrible, only the Nick Diaz fight was a good fight for the undercard. The rest were fighters who are brand new to the sport.

It's simply not fair or ethical for someone in modern America to work 40 hours a week and not earn enough money to afford the basic necessities (which, by the way, includes color TVs, appliances, cars, the latest designer sneakers, etc.). We've all heard rhetoric similar to this ad nauseam. The article then cited Labor Department statistics that there are now 1.9 million workers earning an hourly wage at or below $5.15, "with most of those people working in service-oriented jobs." Conflating these two statistics leads one to believe that almost 2 million people in the United States are trying to keep families financially afloat, when, in reality, the vast majority of minimum wage earners contribute second and third incomes to a household. On average, a family with a minimum-wage worker has a total income of $43,000, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. The According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2005, only about 2.5 percent of all hourly-paid workers earned $5.15 or less. More than a quarter of these workers are between the ages of 16 and 19. About 60 percent are part-time workers. Only 1.5 percent of hourly-paid workers over the age of 25 made minimum wage. According to Bush, Israel has defeated Hezbollah. Well if Israel did defeat Hezbollah? As a defeated enemy Hezbollah just fired missiles into southern Lebanon. That does not sound like a defeated enemy to me. Hezbollah fighters are still in Lebanon, just waiting for another opportunity to attack Israel once again. Since there cease fire now, Hezbollah will get new weapons via Syria and Iran which will shock the Israeli Army when the next battle occurs?

Employment at swissport grants a terrorist acess to the airport and there security procedures, an al-qeda agent can do surveillance on the airport from an internal view. Looking for holes in the security procedures. Once you get a security clearence badge you have acess to aircraft without being searched. Homeland security should do through background checks on all the swissport employees in the US.

fficially, Israel's ground invasion of Lebanon is an act of self-defense against Hezbollah's threat, aimed at creating a security buffer zone until the arrival of a "multinational force with an enforcement capability". But increasingly, as the initial goal of a narrow strip of only a few kilometers has now been extended up to the Litani River deep in Lebanon, the real motives behind Israel's invasion are becoming crystal-clear.
It's about (de facto) annexation, stupid. This is a war to annex a major chunk of Lebanese territory without necessarily saying so, under the pretext of security buffer and deterrence against future attacks on Israel.
Already, since the Six Day War, Israel has annexed the Sheba Farms, considered part of the Syrian Golan Heights, although the government of Lebanon has long complained that the 25-square-kilometer area was a part of Lebanon. Now the Israeli army is sweeping the area south of the Litani River as a temporary occupation.
"We have no intention of extending our operation more than 70 kilometers north of our borders with Lebanon," stated Lieutenant-Colonel Hemi Lini on the Lebanese border on July 17, one week after the war's outbreak.
This would put Israel, assuming for a moment that the Israel Defense Forces' operations prove ultimately successful, in control of the Litani River, thus fulfilling Israel's founding fathers' dream, stretching back to Chaim Weizmann, head of the World Zionist Organization, who in 1919 declared the river "essential to the future of the Jewish national home".
Consequently, contrary to the pro-Israel pundits' reassurances that this war is not about occupation, all the tangible signs indicate the exact opposite, ie, the distinct possibility of a "war of acreage" whereby Israel would expand its territory, acquire a new strategic depth, and simultaneously address its chronic water shortage by exploiting the Litani.
Access to the Litani would translate into an annual increase of water supply by 800 million cubic meters. This in turn might allow Israel to bargain with Syria over the Golan Heights, source of a full one-third of Israel's fresh water. However, a more likely scenario is Israel's continued unwillingness to abide by United Nations Resolutions 242 and 338 calling for its withdrawal from the Syrian territories.
The entire Western media have settled on a naive perspective of the reasons for Israel's invasion of Lebanon, namely as a defensive measure against Hezbollah. Conspicuously absent is any serious consideration of a viable, alternative explanation while focusing on, in essence, the same ingredients as in the 1982 invasion: "deceit and misleading statements" by leaders, "inaccurate announcements" by the military spokesmen, and "gross exaggeration" of threats, to paraphrase a candid reflection of an Israeli general, Yehoshafat Harkabi.
Following this scenario, Israel has dropped leaflets throughout southern Lebanon warning the civilians to leave or risk their lives, as they would be considered "Hezbollah sympathizers" if they refused to leave. Reminiscent of Israel's annexation of Palestinian lands in 1948 and beyond, the present war is causing mass refugees, who in all likelihood will not return to their homes any time soon.
The geostrategic and water dimensions of Israel's quest to possess southern Lebanon notwithstanding, the question is, of course, whether or not the world community will tolerate such a development that would remake the map of the Middle East.
There are plenty of reasons to think that in light of the United States' complicit silence on Israel's violation of the territorial integrity of Lebanon, Israel will somehow manage to ride out the international criticisms and stick to its undeclared plan to annex southern Lebanon. However, what is less certain is that the combined efforts of Hezbollah and the rest of Lebanese society, not to mention other Arab contributions, will prevail over Israel's appetite for a decent part of Lebanon.
With the military balance disproportionately in Israel's favor, we can safely assume that the new Operation Litani will succeed and thus create a "new Middle East" with a "greater" and geographically expanded Israel and a shrunken or diminished Lebanon.
If so, then the chronology of events narrated by future historians will closely follow this line of thought: that Israel deliberately provoked Hezbollah into action, after a six-year hiatus, by pressuring Hezbollah's ally, Hamas, which was subjected to a campaign of terror, financial squeeze and intimidation.
The laying of such a trap by Israel would not have happened in a vacuum of strategic thinking on Israel's part. The fact that Hezbollah fell into the trap is a result of several factors, including an adventurist element lending itself to the "reckless" action of Hezbollah on July 11 with respect to crossing the Blue Line and attacking an Israeli patrol.
Since then, the Israelis have put on the mask of being reluctant warriors, delaying their troops' entry into south Lebanon and thus perpetuating Israel's self-image as disinterested in any imperial grand objectives. Yet the facts on the ground speak louder than words and, indeed, what fact is more important than Israeli leaders' announced intention to occupy up to the Litani River?
Again, what is understandably omitted in those announcements, adopted as the real reasons by CNN and other US networks, is Israel's predatory lust after Litani's water sources, as well as for new geographical and strategic depth. This in turn might explain the otherwise inexplicably blatant overreaction of Israel to a border incident with Hezbollah.
Instead of searching for answers in the Israeli collective psyche or in the context of action, we must probe the answer in the writings of Israel's founding fathers, including Theodor Herzl and David Ben-Gurion, commonly yearning for Israel's control of the Litani River. As a timely addition to their old wish, Israel today has a security-related explanation, justifying the territorial takeover in the near future in terms of the lessons of the present war, the main lesson being Israel's dire need to gain strategic depth to avoid rocket attacks.
Indeed, the verdict will soon be out in Israel about the precious lesson of Lebanon War II, that is, how to prevent future rocket attacks in the only feasible way, that is, direct control of southern Lebanon.

In the past, I noticed that it would be very difficult for me to feel physical pain, and I wanted to know if I still have that high pain threshold anomaly? Anyways I told her that myself and my friends are coming back on monday so work. Perhaps I can feel that. It has to be the dragon becuase she is the only one who does stuff like that and does'nt hesitate when she tries to hurt you.
