Rumors of immigration roundups have prompted thousands of illegal immigrants to stay home this week and are making some afraid to participate in a national immigration protest planned for Monday.  Well if the government was smart and wanted to conduct a raid and mass arrests  the government would have conducted the raid when the immigrants were protesting all over the country.  If the government was to arrest immigrants? Why would the government conduct raids in small operations? Perhaps to hide the numbers of those arrested in county.

If you are innocence then why settle with prosecutors.   Rush says American law is fair and if you really innocence then you have nothing to worry about.  People who settle out of court do so becuase they don't get guilty verdict on their record.  What a joke, to say I am innocence and still settle with prosecutors. 

Well the defenseattorneys for the accused has made their first counter attack.  By releasing the defendant and the second dancer criminal record.  The defense is trying to make the women appear as if they are doing this for money. The defense is trying to ruin the women credibility. As for the raped stripper according to newweek, she drank, drinks the players gave her. This was stupid move on her part.  Strippers should never drink dranks guys give them at private party without their b ouncer present. Apparently one of the drinks was drugged, with date rape drug.  "blood and urine tests of the woman would reveal the presence of a date-rape drug";http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/1...;If their are traces of this drug in the women urine and blood results.  And the two players are some connected into giving the druged drink to her.  The two players now are really going to hate prison.  Because prisoners don't like rapist.  Prisoners despise guys who rape they despise rapist who use the date rape drug to rape even more.  The victim accuses the players of oral and vaginal and anal sex done to her.  Now I more likely to believe she was drug.  Because not many guys have the confidence to place their penis in women mouth with out her consent, unless she has some how been restrained from doing this to him. I personally think when this happen to her she was going in and out of conscious. Because all she has to bite his penis and somehow cause the Lorina Bobbit, and when he goes to the hospital to repair his penis, now the women has a case that she was raped.  Because the attacker will want his penis repaired.  As for the accused who  raped her vaginal and anal I feel sorry for if you are found guilty because the African Brothers in prison are going to show you personally what anal rape is all about.  Right now you don't know how fight and when I mean fight I'm not talking about rich kid fighting.  Learn to fight like a poor person learn to fight for your life, because the worst person to fight is someone who has nothing to lose.  The brothers in prison don't have nothing to lose. They serve life sentences, and you know they are going to avenge the rape.  If you don't want to go to prison, commit suicide, because in your case death would be better then 12 years in prison or you can go to prison and die there, die fighting death before dishonor, like the Japanese Samurai. Seppuku, (Sape-puu-kuu) the Japanese formal language term for ritual suicide.

If this in fact a raped happen at the party, and the accused was involved, it's a great move on the accused part.  Limit as much interaction with the victim with non-party members, and distance yourself from the scene of the crime.      & nbsp;

While the other two players held her down? The accused could be a premature ejectulator or all three of them could be in that category.  If he was the first guy to jump on her and he is premature ejectlator? 15 minutes is sufficient time to rape someone and leave the scene.  At the most he has 5 minutes on top of her, 10 minutes to get into cab and head the bank machine.  The cab said he pick up the accused a block away from the house, it took accused 4 minutes to walk from the house to the part of block where he was picked up.   

A  taxi was called for a pick up,  The pick up occured a block away from the house, could this be that the accused wanted to keep a potential wittness away from the house.  Becuase if the cab driver picked up the accused at the home of party. The stripper could of run outside of the home saying she was raped, secondly if she screamed for help, her screams could h ave been heard by the cab driver if the cab driver was infront of the house  Their are mulitple reasons I can think of besides these two why the accused was picked up a block away.

Well one of the players has an alibi and he says according to witness and his credit card and cell phone records show he was not at the house when the rape took place.  Well lets see how his cell phone records and credit card.  I can list two reasons why the alibi could be false. "A college guy has college friends plan a party at some point during the pary the college guy gives his credit card to a friend to go purchase beer.  If the guy purchased items with a credit card most likely the business where the purchase was made has security cameras.  If you are on the video from those cameras then you have a legit alibi.  Secondly his phones records show he could not be at the home at the time of attack.  What kind of hetrosexual male who is 20 years old leaves a party where strippers are present? This is how he might have got his phone time. Another friend at the party talks to some girl on his phone.  Showing the phone is in use during the time of attack but there is different user on the phone.  I can't be attacking her because my phone is in use, however its my friend that is using my phone at the time of attack.  Well in order to make this duke players story true.  Why does'nt he use his family wealth to buy the audio phone records from the federal government since the federal government is listening to internal phone conversations anyway .   

Now the players dad is sad and crying.  You better be sad and crying becuase you know in prison the african Americans in prision are going to avenge the african Ame rican stripper who claim you rape her, and their is no such thing as civil rights in prison.  Better make friends real fast in prision rich kids.  

Well the players say they have pictures and video of the dancers.  I just got done watching Rita Crosby and she interviewed the 2nd dancer.  According to the second dancer they players did not have permission to take pictures or video tape them  This is called voyeurism, not only are the duke players accused of rape, now those players can get charged with voyeurism.  Amateurs, if you're going commit a crime don't take pictures and video tape your crime.  Then you when you get caught, tell everyone, we have pictures and video saying we did commit a crime against you.  Those pictures and video can be used against you.   The pictures are the worst becuase any graphic artist with computer program&nbs p;photoshop CS2 and alter the time and date on the picture to make the picutures appear legit and you the prosecution is going to say pictures don't mean anything and they will just bring a grahic artist in and show the court why those pictures are'nt worth anything.  As for the video just have to wait and see.  Its harder to manipulate video then it is is photos.   

I favor bombing Iran.  Only becuase the bombing of Iran.  Will draq Iran soliders into the both the afgan and Iraq theaters of war.  When this happen then the odds of military draft will happen.  If this was a military draft was to happen.  I will be so grateful becuase now all these dam cheerleaders on the sidelines who favor war, will now have the opportunity to fight. Becuase now those pro-war rich kids don't a choice to join or not join.  It's only easy to identify who are pro-war college kids they tend to form groups advocating war.  Do some research find names who the leaders of the groups, and see if they join military in the event the US bombs Iran and a draft occurs because Iranian soliders are fighting in Iraq and Afgan in retaliation for bombing Iran. 

Or the US could as Isreal to bomb Iran? 

Lately its been Iran, Iran, Iran all over the media.  If America is going to attack? Then attack alreday get it over with.  What happen to America's preemptive policy?

Well looks like no DNA match have been found to match any Duke players of raping the dancer.  First of all educated young men such as those who attended Duke are intelligent enough to know if you are going to rape a female wear a condom.  The use of a condom reduces the chances of your DNA being found on the victim.  Secondly the Duke players family have money they could used the money they have to do  the Kobe Byrant. The following is only a theory.  There is not enough proof to prove that be below actually happened.

Kobe was accused of rape, and rape charges droped when the girl was slandered as a slut.  This is how the charge of rape was droped.  The vicitim after the alleged rape by Kobe went to the hospital to get checked. The doctors swab for sperm with in and on victims vigina and underwear. They swab to find remnants of sperm. Secondly they check the vigina for forceable sex.  This can be detected by the vigina outer walls showing signs of wear. Everyone knows a female has to lubricated naturally or foreign introduced lubricants. Or the sex for the female wil hurt.  In Kobe's case the victims underwear contained sperm from other men.  The sperm was planted there by a worker. So the vitcim will be look like a slut in the publics eyes.  Someone knew someone on the inside of the hospital the person made a phone call?  Offered so much thousands of dollars to plant sperm from other men on the victims underwear.  This way Kobe story will have truth that she wanted to have sex with him and the sex was consensual. Next someone started a rumor in the victims community saying she was slut.  Now when the results come saying on the victims underwear  sperm from other men were found.  This story will make the rumor have truth behind it. That  if fact she was a slut.   When you or family have millions dollars you can get away with a lot. You just have to know how law enforcment works.  

The duke players they are not dumb. They know what to do you hide there crime.  They have money to hide this crime. The hospitals around the campus of duke tend to have employees  who are white. The Duke players could easily have the contections to hide or destory the evidence of rape.  

 People need to be more cynical. 

Walmart plans on opening banks.  I would'nt set up an account with Walmart. Becuase Walmart normally   cheats the consumers with some of there products. Walmart normally sells cheap products that break oftens such as children bic ycles. The  tires fall off bicycles when the children is riding the bike.  They offer poor benifits for there workers, their medical deductible is 2000 dollars a year. How many Walmart employees can make an additional 2000 dollars a year to pay this deductible. Most of the products they sell say made in China.  Also Walmart sells jererly. Who buys jewerly from wallmart? The jewerly purchased at Walmart if this jewerly was to be apprised it would'nt even b e worth the amount you paid for. 

 I would'nt even set up an account with Walmart not with Walmart business track record.  Walmart would probably find away to embezzle your money that you chose to have walmart hold. 

For those of you that read my posts, you know that I am not a prolific writer. I tend to write with out proof reading what I write. Well, anyways I had to write a paper for class, and I chose to write about marriage and this is my rough draft. The married women in class that I read my paper to totaly disagree with me. I feel they disagree me becuase one they already conditioned their husbands into agreeing with him, and two I am not feminized male, and up to this point in my young life I have not allowed a woman to emasculate me. 

Marriage is not easy as some married couples it is. Married couple says that marriage is good, and it’s the glue binding the moral fabric of American society. According to these married couples, marriage is good for mental health; you will have more money, and your general happiness will increase. Married couples fail to mention that the results above depend on the on how much success. The wife has achieved in having her husband cross over the line into a true marriage is. Married couples also fail to mention the three reasons why a women will get married. I feel that there are two primary reasons why a woman will get married. The first reason a woman usually say’s is, I want to, I’m in love. I disagree with the love reason because marriage is a goal for women, set forth by women. Women marry because females have been taught from childhood that marriage is good for them, marriage makes the women complete. “Marriage is the destination appointed by society for women, the prospect they are brought up to, and the object which it is intended should be sought by all of them” (Mill) The next reason for marriage is what married couples calls mental health. Married couples says marriage is good for mental health. Women need to know that someone is always their for them and someone wanting them is just peace of mind for the women. “Women marry because they need to be constantly reassured that they are loved, needed and very much so wanted.”(Why Women Marry) The reasons above are the real reasons why I think a women gets married. Married couples list there reasons for marriage, as more money, good for mental health, and married couples are happier. Married couples argues that married couples have more money, then single person. This is obviously true, two incomes are better then one. However, couples once again fail to mention that in today’s society both husband and wife need to work in order to survive; married couples have to work in order to support their habits. Instead of supporting one habit, married couples now have to support two. If you getting because you want more money. Then you are marring only for financial security. Married couples next argument is as a married couple your general happiness will increase. This is a myth. According to American Psychological Association “Women who are in satisfying marriages have a health advantage over unmarried women or those in unsatisfying marriages, according to a study.” (American Psychological Association) All marriages are not satisfying. That’s why divorces occur, and in America “50% of all marriages fail within the first ten years of marriage,” (Divorce Rates) and according to Lori Anderson women instigate more than 75% of today's divorces.(Anderson) In order to have a satisfying marriage. The wife must convince the husband to cross over the line into a real marriage. Husbands are oblivious to the fact that men and women have different views on what is a real marriage. The convincing to cross over the line is achieved through marriage by the wife always asking requests of her husband. During the marriage these requests from the wife will be consistent, and according to Dr. Laura women call these requests reasonable and “reasonable requests should be granted if he loves you.” (Dr. Laura) These reasonable requests at some point during the marriage will be interpreted as complaining in the husband eyes. “Marriage seems to have a big effect on how men think about themselves, what they do, what a woman can ask of them, and what they’re willing to give. This may be the very reason why men are widely seen as resisting crossing the line between marriage and not marriage, especially in comparison to women” (Stanley) Men however are not entirely happy while married “Research has consistently shown that men avoid conflict with there wives. Because when their brain gets flooded with emotion they are less competent problem solvers then women.”(Haltzman) Also “when men are confronted with irritating marital issues, they are much more likely than women to withdraw from any discussion of the subject. (Haltzman) This means a married man will allow his wife to make the majority of the decisions, just to avoid conflict with the wife. The husband role in marriage is; they are the providers for the family. Women know this and view the husband’s role differently “Most married women make (an assumption) that their husbands are to serve them, and that any demands husbands make are insensitive and selfish.” (Dr. Laura) This means married men sacrifice a lot for their wife, in order to make her happy. They withdraw from arguments, and they avoid conflicts with their wife. Marreid couples then mention that married couples are three times less likely to suffer from depression, rather just being single or cohabiting couples. I don’t really see how marriage reduces depression. Everyone has to battle depression, the first depression everyone battles is their midlife crisis. If marriage somehow makes you immune from experiencing a midlife crisis, wouldn’t everyone be married? Also married couples tend to have children. If I am not mistaken, when a women gives birth to a child, doesn’t postpartum depression follow. Next women have to experience menopause, menopause by it’s self does not cause depression. However what menopause does is create an emotionally unstable wife. When you combine an emotionally unstable wife and husband who mistakes martial mistakes during her menopause. The wife will be frustrated with the husband, and frustration leads to depression. “It has been shown that long-continued frustration commonly leads to depression and that depression tends to cause guilt, sleep disorders, eating disorders and bad feelings” (Gethings) In order for marriage to work in today’s society their must be some conflict within the marriage, not constant conflict. Men must learn how to argue with their wife, rather then avoid conflict with their wife. The avoidance of conflict only conditions the husband to always agree with his wife’s view. “Conflict happens in every marriage. Fighting fair and for the relationship, and not just to "win" is healthy in a marriage.”(Stritof) Married men must also be willing to cross over the line into a real marriage “Crossing over the line changes how men see themselves and how they behave. It changes how they view a relationship with a woman and how they are to act in relation to a woman. I am saying that, on average, marriage changes the average man in the direction of greater responsibility and sacrifice to a female partner. This step across the line will have a powerful impact on their lives. If they can, many men will resist this until quite late into their 20s. (Stanley) If married couples wants to convince women and men to get married and prevent American society from unraveling. A married woman needs to convince a fellow married woman that she must wait several years for her husband to cross over the line into a real marriage.
